1. Clean, dry and apply one Prolife patch on each of the acupressure points – GV
   13 (Behind the neck); around the chest; Ren 6 (1.5 inches below the navel) and ST36 (3 inches below the
   knee cap).
2. Leave them on for 8-12 hours every night.
3. Remove the patches and wash the toxins away from the patches every morning. Reapply the patches as routine.
